Are you an experienced Technical Integration Consultant seeking a dynamic role in a rapidly expanding FinTech? You will bridge the gap between technology and the wider business and will be required to translate requirements in both directions. Your primary focus will be to support the sales team in a pre-sales environment, acting as the subject matter expert across our products, but will extend to the following:
What You'll Do:
- Provide product demos and technical advice.
- Be a dedicated integration resource for any new clients introduced, supporting technical API integration queries to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients or partners.
- Analyse and troubleshoot highly complex technical integration problems and propose effective solutions.
- Provide functional/technical assistance/guidance where required.
- Support technical integration discussions with key clients in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with, assist, and mentor the Level 1/2 support team with complex escalations that require direct contact with all our partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years proven technical consulting experience.
- Proficient with APIs and SQL as related to other programming languages.
- Ability to deliver high quality and workable solutions for technical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical specifications and troubleshooting without supervision.
- Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Familiarity with web-based and mobile based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for high-volume web sites.
- International travel may be required.
- Must have UK work authorisation and be commuting distance to Manchester (no visa sponsorship or relocation).
