Freedom's Networks team has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to support a small team of Project Managers and Lines Operatives from our office in Catterick.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate input of weekly timesheets to meet payroll and financial deadlines.
- Raising and verifying purchase orders for subcontractor payments.
- Requesting and managing Safe Dig documentation to ensure timely receipt for new projects.
- Creating and uploading job packs according to project timelines.
- Assisting with customer power cut requests, liaising with clients, customers, and operatives.
- Ordering plant and traffic management resources from our internal hire desk.
- Updating daily work programmes with completed tasks.
- Submitting data to clients using MS Word or Excel.
Qualifications and skills weβre seeking:
- Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills, particularly with MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently, managing workloads proactively.
