We’re recruiting for a highly credible individual to join our Economic Crime Learning & Development team in Retail to help us through a very busy period! Part of the Colleague Enablement team, within Retail Business Services, you’ll be an inspirational role-model. You’ll work at pace and flexibly to fulfil the onboarding and up-skill training needs of our customer-facing roles across Retail. You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team of Training professionals, and you will be highly skilled to support the full training cycle - Consultancy through to Design, Delivery and Evaluation. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting, developing, and coaching others within L&D, helping them reach their full potential. You’ll be genuinely excited working in a fast-paced environment where change is part of everyday life.

For this job you’ll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll provide expert consultancy to identify training needs and make credible recommendations.
- Hybrid working is essential as part of this role as you could be delivering virtual classrooms from home or at one of our sites, so you’ll need to be motivated and comfortable in any environment and be a self-starter.
- You’ll be flexing your expert facilitation skills between virtual & face to face training to new and existing colleagues.
- You will create or curate blended learning solutions that enable our colleagues to deliver value to our customers.
- Liaising with Compliance, Policy, Legal, Strategy, Change and 2nd line colleagues to ensure due observance of relevant/appropriate EC regulation and or Policy standards.
- You’ll ensure our learning solutions are best in class and fit for the future, as well as supporting projects and initiatives on behalf of L&D, managing key relationships to deliver within timescales and budget.
- You’ll provide expert support and guidance to colleagues across L&D to aid their development including formal observations on other L&D Consultants, providing individual feedback and coaching.
- You’ll be curious, keeping up to date with L&D developments across the wider industry and look for ways to drive improvements and efficiencies.
About You:
- As a minimum requirement you’ll have proven experience as an Economic Crime Learning & Development Consultant.
- Be an exceptional facilitator, specifically with experience of facilitating both virtual & face to face classrooms.
- Have strong knowledge and awareness of Economic Crime risks.
- Have exceptional organisational skills and be successful in managing projects through the whole project life cycle.
- Be extremely resilient - working well with ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
- Have experience of successfully managing yourself through change, while supporting others.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and can quickly build effective relationships with colleagues.
