Our client is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school that nurtures academic excellence, sporting success and creative talent. The 400-acre campus on the edge of the South Downs is an area of outstanding beauty. The Prep School is an integral part of the College, benefiting from the world-class facilities and teaching that the College has; it also has its own buildings, playground, and outdoor creative classroom.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Prep School as a Teaching Assistant. This is a rewarding role supporting our teachers and students, assisting Reception to Year 6 classes from 1st September 2025.
A higher-level TA qualification is desirable but not essential. You should be patient, approachable and flexible, with a calm, proactive, and well-organised work manner. You are energetic and work well as a team player, adapting where necessary. An excellent communicator at all levels.
Although the role does not require qualifications, a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
Closing date: 4th June 2025 with interviews thereafter.
