Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer executive and technical teams to gather information on releases and organisation changes and prepare stakeholders' communication.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in writing and preparing external communications and messages
- Experience in preparing short video bytes with appropriate messaging
- Strong experience in content design tools
- Very strong experience in Office 365
