About the Role RSK Biocensus, an award-winning CIEEM company and part of the RSK Group , is recruiting full-time Aquatic Ecologists at all levels from Consultant to Associate Director to join their expanding UK ecology team. The position is based across the UK with a hybrid working model, offering flexible homeworking and client site work near an RSK office. Responsibilities Conduct aquatic field surveys and deliver high-quality data Prepare technical reports and tender submissions Manage small projects, including finances and deliverables Develop professional skills and maintain a CPD record Set objectives aligned with team needs and personal interests Work with integrity and within your professional competence Follow SHEQ management systems Build relationships with other RSK departments Qualifications and Experience Degree in a relevant discipline Relevant professional experience Full UK Driving Licence Species-specific licences (desirable) Membership with CIWEM, IFM, or CIEEM (or working towards chartership) Experience in water quality, hydrology, habitat assessments, biota surveys, or habitat restoration Key Requirements Experience with water quality sampling, macroinvertebrates, flow gauging, electrofishing, fish rescues, impact assessments, legislation knowledge, etc. Salary and Benefits Range from £26,000 to £56,000+ depending on grade and experience Company paid life assurance, pension scheme, training, flexible working, and other benefits Additional Information This role is open to all grades, from 2-3 years\’ experience to over 15 years, with qualifications and responsibilities tailored accordingly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
