About Our Sydney Office

Currently, our team has 6 members, with space for up to 22. This is a ground-level opportunity to help build a new team with the support of the global Evolution business. Led by MD Jason French, who has 22 years of tech recruitment experience and a proven track record of success, including creating $1m billers.

Role Responsibilities

As a recruiter, you will work in a high-energy, supportive environment. This is a full 360 role focusing on networking within your chosen vertical to develop relationships with clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

We welcome recruiters with 18 months+ tech recruitment experience and a "sky’s the limit" mentality.

Compensation

  • Basic salary: $80,000 to $120,000 + Superannuation 11.5%
  • First Year Earnings: $120k+
  • Second Year: $150k+
  • Third Year: $180k+
