Job Description
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams to attain First contact resolution on calls.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support training programs.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different audiences.
- Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and interaction with participants.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training strategies to address them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Technical Trainer or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and software development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
- Experience developing training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions as required.
