A warm, professional family based in Marylebone is seeking an experienced, emotionally intuitive Rota Nanny to care for their two children – an affectionate, curious toddler girl and her older brother, aged three. This is a long-term position for a nanny who brings both structure and warmth, and who thrives in a collaborative, well-organised household.

The parents are looking for someone with strong experience caring for babies and toddlers, who understands the importance of emotional development and can respond to their children with empathy, patience, and attentiveness. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting early years milestones, planning a varied, stimulating routine, and providing calm, consistent care in a sole charge capacity.

Daily activities will include:

  • Creative play
  • Music
  • Reading
  • Time outdoors
  • Age-appropriate outings

A no-screens approach is followed in the household. Other responsibilities include cooking healthy, balanced meals for the children, occasional errands, proxy parenting, and accompanying the family on international travel during holidays. The family also has other homes in Europe, and flexibility to work in alternate locations throughout the year is required.

The role will be shared with another Rota Nanny, and the two of you will work in close partnership to ensure continuity of care and smooth handovers. Accommodation during your working week is a spacious one-bedroom flat with its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. A driver is essential for this role. Parking is available at the property.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a thoughtful, dedicated nanny who is confident working independently and wants to become part of a genuinely warm and respectful household.
