Direct message the job poster from Avalara What You\’ll Do Avalara is looking for multilingual Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to identify new prospects and high-value opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role is a key part of our sales process and offers opportunities for skill development and promotion into full-cycle sales roles. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Account Development. Responsibilities Create quality opportunities and schedule meetings for sales teams using leads provided by marketing via phone, email, and other channels. Become an expert on our products and industry trends. Engage actively with leads through follow-ups to increase interest in Avalara\’s offerings. Encourage participation in webinars, certifications, and conferences. Meet monthly quotas for qualified and sales-accepted opportunities. Implement Account Based Marketing strategies to target prospects effectively. Requirements for Success At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience is preferred. A strong desire to succeed in technology sales. Fluency in a European language in addition to English. Positive attitude, curiosity, and ownership mindset.
