Key Responsibilities Assist the Clinic Manager with daily operations. Manage and improve day-to-day clinic operations. Ensure all team members deliver 5-star service to clients at all times. Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic. Drive sales and ensure the clinic is working towards its full potential. Support mentoring team members for their career development. Perform ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication and teaching skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-direct. High level customer service skills.
