I am currently working exclusively with a well-known household name, whose app you will have on your phone. This large media company is looking to expand its already excellent Salesforce team and bring in an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to take ownership of the roadmap in the next year. You will be working closely day to day with the team of Administrators already in place.
As the Salesforce Product Owner, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team across the business highlighting where Salesforce can improve the different departments and also when needed, continue to get hands on with the configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to gather requirements and ensure their needs are made.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce, aligning it with company objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality and enhance user experience and system performance.
- Get hands on with the implementation and enhancements of Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of expereince in the Salesforce Eco-System, in positions as Salesforce Product Owner/Senior Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related Salesforce products.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and business units.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
