They are recruiting for an experienced Loan Administration Manager to join their growing team. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Administration Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of development finance loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that loan documentation is up-to-date, managing covenants, and reporting on the performance of loans within the portfolio. This is a critical role requiring a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assess and manage risk effectively. Responsibilities: Loan Documentation : Manage and review the loan documentation process to ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Covenant Management : Monitor and enforce compliance with loan covenants, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions when necessary. Loan Performance Reporting : Monitor and report on the performance of loans, providing detailed reports to senior management on key metrics, risks, and the overall health of the loan portfolio. Risk Management : Identify potential risks within the portfolio and work proactively to mitigate them, offering solutions to prevent loan defaults or project delays. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong communication with borrowers, developers, and internal teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Portfolio Optimization : Contribute to the ongoing optimization of the loan portfolio by suggesting improvements, refining processes, and ensuring the best possible financial outcomes. Investor Administration: Reporting and admin requirements relating to our investors and funding line partners. What you will Bring: Proven experience in loan portfolio management in development or real estate finance, or a similar role within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, covenants, and loan agreement terms. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements and loan performance data. Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and portfolio management software. A degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
