Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be SC cleared or eligible, having lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily application support to clients.
- Understand SCM business processes and translate them into system solutions, resolving issues.
- Improve functionality and resolve support issues within Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Gather and document requirements for business changes.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to meet client requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients for change requests, prioritization, and management.
- Assist in transitioning clients post-implementation and from competitors.
- Identify persistent issues and work with stakeholders to address root causes.
- Provide end-user training on application and functionality.
- Support quarterly releases, including impact assessment, testing, and defect management.
- Create test plans and coordinate stakeholder testing.
- Define and optimize business processes, driving change through negotiation.
- Ensure ERP initiatives follow proper planning and management processes.
- Assist with risk and change management on projects.
Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 3 yearsβ experience as an application support analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Oracle implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of SCM modules: Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing (essential); Order Management, WMS, Inventory (desirable).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- ITIL process knowledge.
- Experience with defect tracking systems and KPI reporting.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience configuring Smart View reports.
- Experience with other Oracle modules like Financials, EPM, Projects.
- Functional and technical problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (desirable).
