We are seeking for our client a bright, ambitious EA to join in a newly created and critical support role for the Leadership Team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact at the heart of a high-growth, VC-backed business.
You'll be:
- A 2023 (or later) graduate with an outstanding academic record
- 1+ year into your career (grad scheme, startup, or similar fast-paced environment)
- Super smart, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
- A calm operator who thrives on variety, change, and speed
- All-hands-on-deck - no task too big or too small
- Flexible and happy to be available when needed (within reason!)
- Tech-savvy and detail-obsessed
- A natural executor - reliable, efficient, and proactive
- User of Mac and/or G-Suite
Your role:
- Provide EA and operational support to the Managing Partner, COO, and team
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and events
- Support internal operations and scheduling
- Handle expenses and light office management
- Jump in wherever needed - there's plenty to do and learn!
- 4 days in office - 1 WFH
You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team where your contribution will be felt immediately. This role is a launchpad - ideal for someone who sees the bigger picture, wants to be stretched, and is ready to get stuck in.
