About the role
- Be responsible for trading a variety of products, including, but not limited to Credit, Commodities, Fixed Income, and/or FX (spot, NDF, options).
- Execute timely trades via execution platforms and voice negotiation.
- Actively monitor trading tools and alerts for new trades to execute.
- Provide feedback on market liquidity, trade structures/sizing, and counterparty relationships to trading management.
- Liaise between counterparts and operations team to assist with day-to-day bookings and settlements.
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
- Years Experience: 2-4 years, preferably buy side middle office or execution.
- Product Experience Required: Credit (Bonds, derivatives), Fixed Income
- Product Experience Optional: FX (spot, NDF, options), Commodities, Vol (FX, Listed), Equities (EFP, Vol) and/or Mortgage (TBA, Pools)
- Proficient/Strong in MS Excel
- Knowledge and experience with Bloomberg
- Familiarity with programming language such as VBA or Python
- Be happy to work US Market Hours (approximately 12pm GMT – 9pm GMT)
