Andover Warehouse Operative

Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Operatives to work from Monday to Friday at our Distribution Centre located in Andover Business Park.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business in the British market with potential for career advancement. Both shifts are full-time and may lead to permanent roles.

Working Hours and Pay:

Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour, including attendance bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, and loading orders for dispatch.
2. Handling goods manually when required.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
4. Reporting issues to management or supervision.
5. Moving stock around the warehouse by hand or using lifting equipment, e.g., unloading and breaking down pallets.

Requirements:

• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability for manual handling.
• Ability to adhere to Health and Safety standards.
