An opportunity has arisen for a permanent practitioner post within the Teaching and Learning Provision. Working as part of our fantastic team based in Eastbourne, we can guarantee you that no day will ever be the same.

The practitioner role is one where you will be appreciated and also be able to see the impact of your work from day one, by making a real difference to the young people that you will be supporting! We are looking for a special person who will bring fresh ideas, professionalism, and energy to our service. Being a car driver with access to a car is essential for the role.

The Teaching and Learning Provision supports young people with medical needs by providing a short-term package of education for children who are too sick to attend school, the practitioner role supports children in the home, community, teaching centre or school to successfully reintegrate back to school by designing a return to school plan and to support the learning of the children.

1 x practitioner, term-time only, Monday – Friday 8.45am-3.30pm, £24,703 per annum, approximate salary (pro rata to hours and term time only working) £18,038 per annum
