Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join one of the fastest growing ABL lenders in the UK as a Corporate Sales Associate. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Sales team in London.
Main responsibilities of role
- Support Corporate Sales Directors, Corporate Sales Managers and the Executive Directors towards the achievement of growth and income targets as collaboratively agreed in the individual annual business plan.
- Meet customers face-to-face, by phone and digitally, understanding their needs and responding efficiently with a clear, honest and well negotiated proposal of how they can be met.
- Analyse, assess and present to the underwriting team’s key findings of a customer and how company products can satisfy the customer.
- Adherence to company standards in respect of all risks as defined within the risk policy.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners to maximise potential growth of business.
- Identify opportunities to proactively promote products to existing and potential customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience while always doing the right thing for the customer.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, enthusiastic, energectic and solution orientated.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience working within financial services in a sales focused position would be an advantage.
