Job Details: Title/Location: Customer Service Consultant, Epsom/WFH Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 + bonus (£800 – £1,200) + pension Work Arrangement: Average 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Training is 100% office-based. Requirements: Telephone-based experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance. Role Snapshot: Liaising with new/prospective customers, answering queries, detailing product benefits, with approximately 20% of time on administration. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Skills & Experience: Telephone experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance, with good MS Office skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
