We’re partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organisation to find a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Directors. The Role: This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the right-hand support to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Coordinating meetings and preparing key documents and presentations
- Handling confidential correspondence and acting as a gatekeeper
- Taking and circulating minutes, following up on actions
- Supporting on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion
About You: You’re a confident multitasker with a can-do attitude and impeccable organisational skills. You thrive in high-pressure environments and know how to keep things moving behind the scenes.
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Able to manage competing priorities independently
- Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Degree preferred but not essential
