We’re partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organisation to find a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Directors. The Role: This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the right-hand support to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing key documents and presentations
  • Handling confidential correspondence and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Taking and circulating minutes, following up on actions
  • Supporting on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion

About You: You’re a confident multitasker with a can-do attitude and impeccable organisational skills. You thrive in high-pressure environments and know how to keep things moving behind the scenes.

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Able to manage competing priorities independently
  • Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Degree preferred but not essential
