Central Employment is currently looking for an experienced Packaging Operative to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical company for one of our clients based in Northumberland.
Role Responsibilities
- Works under some direct supervision; training will be provided.
- Will package a wide variety of products on a range of secondary and tertiary packaging operations according to SOPs.
- Selects and dispenses required material, loads equipment, making adjustments to the line as necessary.
- Responsible for full line changeovers and set-up according to detailed standard operating procedures and training aids.
- Has responsibility for production and all associated paperwork and computer data entry.
- Required to carry out full clean down of the packaging line in accordance with established procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Primary secondary and tertiary packaging experience with a GMP environment is preferred.
- Packaging experience required with transferable skills.
- Basic literacy and mathematics skills required.
Rate of Pay
Shift Times & Days:
- Early Shift – Monday – Thursday – 6.00am – 2.00pm early finish Friday.
- Late Shift – Monday – Thursday – 1.45pm – 9.45pm early finish Friday.
