Customer Service

Experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A good understanding of the export process (preferred but not essential – training provided)

Serve as the main point of contact for export customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the shipping process
Provide timely updates on shipments, documentation, and transit status
Liaise with internal departments, carriers, and overseas agents to resolve queries and issues efficiently
Manage and process customer requests, bookings, and follow-ups with a proactive and helpful approach
Use in-house systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage export files
Ensure all customer interactions and documentation meet compliance and service standards
Assist in maintaining KPIs and promoting customer satisfaction
