Are you a passionate drummer with teaching experience? Drummers Link Music School in Northampton is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic drum teacher to join our team. If you are enthusiastic about sharing your drumming skills and contributing to our music school’s growth, read on!

The Role

We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to lead our drumming classes, tailored to different learning groups and skill levels. At Drummers Link, we provide comprehensive lesson plans, minimising the need for extensive outside preparation. All classes are held at our convenient Northampton studio, eliminating the need for excessive travel.

  • Comfort with instructing small groups (up to 5 students).
  • Ability to teach individuals ranging from 6+ to adults.

  • Proficiency in playing multiple instruments.

We provide comprehensive training in our lesson formats, setting you up for success in your teaching role. Your expertise combined with our provided lesson plans is the winning formula. During school holidays lessons pause, but there’s an option to offer 1-2-1 bookings.

Job Type (self-employed contractor): Part-time, Permanent

Part-time Hours: 4-12 hours per week

Pay rate: £17.00-£28.00 per hour (pay is considered based on experience and qualifications, references required)

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of drum teaching experience (required)

Licence/Certification: Enhanced DBS check (required)

Work Location: In-person: K2 House Business Centre, Heathfield Way, Northampton NN5 7QP
