DAYTIME ALERT! An equestrian centre near Leamington Spa with an onsite fresh food restaurant is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen, with full support from the owner. You will work with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce, and will have the creative freedom to design your own menu.

Leamington Spa – Head Chef Snapshot

• Salary: £38,000 – £40,000
• 40 hours per week, depending on business needs
• Beautiful, independent location with a farm shop vibe
• Mostly planned covers; walk-ins are rare
• Focus on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients
• Creative control over menu
• Shift: 8am – 4pm
• Days Off: 2 days per week (5 out of 7)

The restaurant can seat up to 60 guests, with an average of around 30 covers daily. The owner seeks a Head Chef who is eager to develop and grow this potential-rich establishment.

In addition to the restaurant, there will be opportunities to manage small and large daytime events.
