At Redemption Roasters, our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work in our coffee shops on release. We’re looking for a full-time Coffee Shop Manager for our Hampstead Heath coffee shop. You’ll lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Organised, proactive, and confident running day-to-day operations
- Passion for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver a great hospitality experience
- Moves with a sense of urgency
- Excited to be part of a social enterprise with real impact
- Weekend availability
- Management or assistant manager experience preferred; coffee experience a bonus, not a must
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and develop your team
- Run the shop: from coffee and food quality to team performance and customer service
