Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We have established our in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme, providing structured training and support throughout your tenure with us. Our approach combines technical classroom learning with practical on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors. Our goal is to equip Trainees with the skills for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.
Trainee AssocRICS Surveyors will have opportunities for career progression within Connells Survey and Valuation, a leading surveying firm in the country. Minimum Requirements:
- An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) with a valuation or building surveying module, including a pathology module on residential buildings, and at least one year of property-related work experience.
- An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
- A minimum of 4 years of property-related work experience, such as negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
