Are you able to travel to visit clients in their own homes to carry out a variety of duties including personal care, administering medication, and companionship? Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients' personalities, interests, and needs. You will help to enrich the lives of our clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. You will provide a range of services from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client. Home Instead offers a minimum of one-hour visits, ensuring that our CAREGivers are not rushed and have the time to deliver the best person-centered care.
No previous experience or particular qualifications are necessary to become a CAREGiver, as you will receive industry-leading training. You should have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
