Role Specification and Work Environment: We are seeking a PLM Technical Consultant to perform deployment, upgrade, and configuration tasks. This client-facing role involves collaboration with other system integrators. The successful candidate must communicate effectively within the project team and work independently when needed. Location: The role is based in Bristol within a secure location, contributing to a UK defense project. There are further opportunities within the UKI PLM Team to deliver projects in secure and cloud environments for global companies. Must Criteria: A UK National eligible to work in the UK Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check ( DV clearance ) Responsibilities: Be an integral member of a project delivery team, working with the Project Manager and PLM Architect to deploy solutions. Implement solutions according to customer requirements, including installation, configuration, and testing. Produce and maintain project documentation, including build and design specifications. Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and continental Europe if necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in deploying, upgrading, and configuring solutions in a consulting environment. Experience with installation in multi-tier, high-availability, clustering, and security environments using Teamcenter Environment Manager (TEM). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation, upgrade, or configuration. Administration experience with applications like Organization, Preference Management, Workflow, Access Manager, Query Builder, and PLMXML. Configuration experience with utilities. Experience with IPS data upload is advantageous. Some scripting experience in PERL, PowerShell, or Linux Shell scripts. A STEM-based degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
