About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Marketing team to provide support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function. Duties will include developing individual branding concepts through to onsite installation of new developments, producing marketing proposals, production of brochure content and monitoring the company website and external portals to ensure our online presence is aligned to the Croudace brand. You will also be assisting to grow our social media presence.
About you
- You will be educated to a degree level in a related discipline and have experience of working in a marketing related role preferably within the new homes property industry. Excellent communication and copywriting skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team and also alone.
- You must have experience generating leads on and offline through social media and other external property portals.
- Experience managing budgets is also a must.
- You must be proactive and hardworking, able to perform well under pressure but most of all be passionate about marketing and driving sales.
- Within this role you will be required to spend time away from the office and out in the field on our developments. Therefore, a full driving licence is essential.
