THE POSITION
We need high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts at our studio.
The ideal candidates:
- Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing team
- Are positive, approachable, professional, and value personal connections
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy engaging with members
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
- Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
- Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
- Promote and sell F45 services, assist with membership growth and retention
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide regressions/progressions
- Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an F45 environment preferred
- Group training experience or ability to excel in it
- Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
- Availability on weekends
- Strong character, communication, and care skills
- Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
- Excellent communication and social media skills
- Ability to stay on your feet and active during classes
CERTIFICATIONS
- Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Group training certification
