We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day coordination of personal, travel, household, and office affairs for a prominent international family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Arrange private and commercial travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Diary and Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders for efficient time management.
- Family Residence & Household Management: Manage rent, utility bills, household staff schedules and expense reporting
- Medical and Health Insurance Management: Oversee health Insurance payments, coordinate medical appointments for family members, and maintain up-to-date health records.
- Office Administration: Oversee bookings and operations of the Curzon Street office, including guest coordination, refreshments, and inventory management.
- Correspondence and Document Handling: Manage correspondence, prepare briefing materials, take meeting notes, and handle confidential documents professionally.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and numeracy skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and enjoy working in a small team. Discretion, initiative, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
