The Front Desk Manager will not only be our best Front Desk Representative but also lead our Front Desk team to ensure the successful completion of all tasks. These tasks should be performed in a manner that delivers an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
This detail-oriented individual must possess excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with staff and members. Basic computer skills are required. All Front Desk Associates are expected to participate in daily club cleanliness, community outreach, and marketing activities. Current CPR Certification is required.
