Responsibilities:
- Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
- Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
- Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
- Provide hands-on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
- Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
