We are looking for a proactive, detail orientated, and service-driven Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality events. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and seamless event operations.

We're looking for a dynamic Conference and Banqueting Manager to take the reins and make every event exceptional.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be at the heart of the action—leading from the front to ensure every conference, banquet, and celebration is beautifully planned, expertly delivered, and fondly remembered. You'll inspire your team to take pride in the details, communicate across departments, and go the extra mile to wow our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the conference and banqueting team with confidence, energy, and care.
  • Coordinating with the sales and events teams to craft bespoke experiences tailored to each client.
  • Overseeing everything from room setups to catering and AV—no detail too small!
  • Ensuring all events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene at all times.
  • Handling challenges with calm professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient operations and revenue growth.
  • Gathering guest feedback and continuously looking for ways to elevate the experience.
