Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire Multimodal Import and Export Operations process from start to finish.
  • Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured.
  • Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process.
  • Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
  • Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
  • Complete customs documentation as required.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
