Are you a driven Valuation Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading independent property consultancy to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor (RICS Registered Valuer) to join their thriving valuation team in the South West.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, accounts, and strategic advice.
  • Value a wide range of assets including commercial properties, development land, and specialist sectors.
  • Collaborate with investment, agency, and development teams to provide seamless client service.
  • Contribute to business development and help grow the valuation offering.

What We're Looking For:

  • MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Solid experience in Red Book valuations, ideally across commercial sectors.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
  • Full UK driving licence.
