A leading international manufacturer of solutions is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead its engagement with the UK Ministry of Defence.
As Sales Manager for the UK you will own and develop key strategic relationships with one of the most important defence customers in the world. This is a rare opportunity to rebuild and grow a channel that has strong legacy relationships and significant untapped potential. You'll be expected to drive order intake, margin growth, and influence customer strategy, helping shape how innovation is delivered into one of the most complex and discerning defence environments.
Profile
- Proven defence sector sales experience - ideally to MOD or similar government/military customers.
- Strong relationship management skills; respected presence in a room of senior stakeholders.
- Gravitas and commercial agility to manage technical product sales, innovation briefings, and long-term programmes.
- Experience in a mid-sized, fast-moving, and technical environment would be preferred.
- Understanding of the commercial landscape within the MOD procurement structures.
