As Housekeeping Manager, youll lead the team that ensures every guest experiences impeccable cleanliness and comfort, upholding the highest standards of service and attention to detail.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the Team: Manage and motivate the housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet exacting standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee ordering and management of cleaning supplies and linens efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Front of House, Maintenance, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve housekeeping-related guest feedback promptly and professionally.
