Security Supervisor

MUST HAVE SIA LICENSE

CSA Service Group is looking to recruit a Security Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of security related activities and will need to take ownership of the supervision of workers and their shift allocation.

Job Purpose

Looking after a team of security officers by performing regular spot checks to ensure the standards are maintained.
Preparing shift rotas, ensuring the required number of staff are allocated for each client.
Preparing Daily Reports
Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all security activities related to the job.
Preparing documents for the teams to make sure the job is done according to the client specification.
Train all the staff according to the company requirements.
Carry out audits of security practices.
Checking and managing staff attendance and sickness.
