Security Supervisor

CSA Service Group is looking to recruit a Security Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of security-related activities and will need to take ownership of the supervision of workers and their shift allocation.

Job Purpose

• Oversee a team of security officers by performing regular spot checks to ensure standards are maintained.
• Prepare shift rotas, ensuring the required number of staff are allocated for each client.
• Prepare Daily Reports.
• Develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all security activities related to the job.
• Ensure documentation is prepared for the teams to meet client specifications.
• Train staff according to company requirements.
• Conduct audits of security practices.
• Manage staff attendance and sickness records.
