Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:

1. Candidate sourcing for specific roles
2. Preparation of CVs and maintaining contact with the candidate throughout the process
3. Creation and distribution of relevant material and job ads to help brand development
4. Networking – improving candidate relationships

All of which will be trained and developed over your first 6-9 months in the business!

What you need to be a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

1. Good energy and a great work ethic
2. Motivated, proactive and keen to learn new things
3. A desire to build a successful career
4. Confident, financially driven and ambitious
5. Preferably Degree educated from a recognised university
