We are now looking for a Head Waiter to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate. Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe's tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breathtaking, unparalleled views across the city.

What you do as a Head Waiter/Waitress:

  • You pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge in both food and wine and going the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.
  • You’re confident to run a section, open and close shifts, supervise and motivate the junior members of the team.
  • You’re passionate about wine and ideally hold WSET L2 qualification.
  • Your attention to detail ensures consistency and your keen desire to coach the team enhances their knowledge and confidence.
  • You thrive on teamwork and support the management team to guarantee guests always leave with a fully positive dining experience.
  • You’re keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved.
