We’re seeking a highly professional, creative and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to join an exciting wellness & beauty brand, to drive brand and marketing excellence. This role will suit someone entrepreneurial, a self-starter who is confident to work with autonomy and in collaboration with the dynamic Founder.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Brand Development – Help craft and evolve the brand’s voice, positioning, and visual language, ensuring consistency across every customer interaction.
- Growth Strategy – Lead the end-to-end strategy for brand and product rollouts, collaborating across content, PR, and digital teams.
- Integrated Campaigns – Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing initiatives spanning paid media, influencer collaborations, email, social, and PR.
- Creative Oversight – Guide the development of content calendars, visual assets, and campaign shoots in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Insight & Data – Use audience feedback, performance metrics, and trend analysis to optimise messaging and marketing direction.
- Digital & Social Presence – Elevate the brand’s online identity and community presence, staying attuned to the latest trends and cultural shifts.

What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience working with early-stage brands and scaling over time.
- Fluency with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics.
- Strong eye for detail and a premium brand aesthetic.
- Ability to write and brief content that is both commercially compelling and brand-aligned.
