Responsibilities

• Support and care for residents, respecting their independence, privacy, dignity, and choices.
• Assist with dressing, washing, bathing, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and physical disabilities, including use of aids.
• Help residents with personal hygiene and incontinence issues.
• Promote workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Understanding of residents\’ needs and confidentiality.
• QCF Level 2 in care or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience in care, especially with elders (desirable).
