Responsibilities Support and care for residents, respecting their independence, privacy, dignity, and choices. Assist with dressing, washing, bathing, and toileting. Support residents with mobility and physical disabilities, including use of aids. Help residents with personal hygiene and incontinence issues. Promote workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility. Requirements Understanding of residents\’ needs and confidentiality. QCF Level 2 in care or equivalent (desirable). Experience in care, especially with elders (desirable).
