Together with analytics team leaders, you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.
How you will contribute:
- Provide advanced analytics for strategic complex (parametric) bidding leveraging cost modeling for regional European projects.
- Set up Sourcing events in CSO [Coupa Sourcing Optimization] tender platform in line with predefined architecture and cost structure.
- Optimize event setup to maximize sourcing options & potential award scenarios.
- Work as an integrated part of the Sourcing team to establish & run complex “what-if” scenarios and help translate analysis into insights & sourcing options.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement Buyers to ensure sourcing guidance and analytical support to deliver efficient sourcing and maximize productivity using the CSO tool.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to translate complex data into simple & meaningful insights.
- Partner with Sourcing Managers in negotiations to model impacts of trading variables on sourcing financials.
- Establish, maintain, and update cost models in Excel and other analytics tools adopted by Mondelez.
- Perform analysis to benchmark costs supporting sourcing decisions & productivity programs.
- Manipulate data and perform analysis using Excel; create automated solutions (e.g., VBA).
- Support execution of the broader Global Sourcing Analytics agenda.
What you will bring:
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:
- Strong analytical skillset with experience in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA) is a must.
- Experience in using Coupa Sourcing Optimization or similar sourcing platforms (Trade Extensions, Bravo Solutions, etc.) for parametric bidding is preferred.
- Experience with visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with and understanding complex business problems, and ability to model scenarios/solutions in complex tools.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in procurement, manipulating procurement data such as cost models and supplier spend, is preferred.
- Experience with advanced analytics platforms such as R/Python or SQL is considered an asset.
- Ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly.
