Skilled Farm Worker

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive arable farming company located near Kings Lynn.

Due to their growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Skilled Farm Worker to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

1. Competent and experienced tractor driver
2. Telehandler & loading shovel certificates
3. Pa1 and Pa2 certificates
4. Experienced with drill & fertiliser applications
5. Experienced with cultivations
6. Root crop harvesting would be advantageous
7. Workshop skills

This role is quite varied, and the applicant must realise their duties are not limited to the above.

The company is a progressive arable farm growing a variety of combinable, forage, and root crops. The candidate should have accurate record-keeping skills, good communication skills, and be able to work on their own and as part of a team.

This is a permanent position.

Pay Rate

£14 per hour, plus time and a half after 39 hours basic
