Responsibilities:
- Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
- Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
- Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
- Making Safeguarding a priority
- Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition
What we are looking for:
- ESOL experience
- Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
- Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
- At least 2 years’ experience of tutoring 1:1 or groups of students
- Understand Special Educational Needs (SEN) or are willing to learn
- Have experience in 1:1 tuition
- Skilled at managing challenging behaviours
