Role Summary
The brand is looking for an experienced branch merchandiser who will manage forecasting and inventory across specific categories within the European market and online platform. You will work cross‑functionally with other departments in head office and stores to ensure the inventory strategies are executed accordingly and KPIs met. You will be responsible for ensuring merchandise in stores is presented effectively to maximise sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting and inventory management across specified categories.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with head office and store teams.
- Ensuring merchandise presentation maximises sales and enhances the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in stock planning, inventory management or branch merchandising.
- Proficiency in product display, forecasting, sales analysis and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence upwards.
- Exceptional Excel skills and willingness to perform admin tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
In return, the company offers a competitive annual salary of £50,000 – £52,000. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, employee discount, pension and medical care schemes.
