Are you an interim paralegal with leveraged finance experience? We’re working with a global financial services organisation that’s looking for a confident and capable interim Paralegal to support their busy Leveraged Finance legal team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck into complex, cross-border transactions across the UK and Europe, working closely with a high-performing legal team and key stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting transactional workstreams including legal opinions, powers of attorney, and conditions precedent
- Collaborating with legal, front office, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Solid experience in transactional banking, leveraged finance, fund finance, or similar finance/corporate legal work
- Hands-on knowledge of NDAs, reliance/release letters, POAs, corporate authorisations, and legal opinions
- A law degree (or equivalent) and the confidence to work independently in a dynamic legal environment
