Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Office Administrator to join our client's team. You’ll be the operational glue that keeps our studio and internal functions running smoothly - from HR support and finance coordination to day-to-day admin and project support. This is a varied, people-facing role that touches every corner of the business. If you’re organised, adaptable, and love creating structure behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit. There’s also room to grow - with opportunities to develop towards project management over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Admin & Operations
    • Oversee company subscriptions, licensing, and password management
    • Support ISO certification and update internal security policies
    • Manage office supplies, studio equipment, and hybrid working logistics
    • Maintain company documentation (contracts, proposals, SoWs)
    • Own internal documentation and file organisation
    • Handle the main company inbox and phone lines
  • HR & People Support
    • Plan and coordinate internal events, socials, and culture initiatives
    • Support internal meetings, team stand-downs, and surveys
    • Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding for new hires
    • Maintain holiday, absence, and training records
    • Support performance reviews and personal development planning
    • Help resolve workplace issues via proper channels
  • Finance Admin
    • Monitor team budgets and report on spend
    • Assist with invoicing and cashflow tracking
    • Organise receipts and match them to expenses
  • Project Support
    • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
    • Help run Project Review Cycles (PRCs) and share outcomes
    • Keep digital project folders organised and up to date
    • Support with task boards and ticketing systems

What You’ll Need
